OUR STAFF

We recognize that our seasoned professional staff is responsible for much of our success. Our staff members not only apply their years of experience to the cases and problems of our clients, they also share their experience with newer people. Training, cross-training and mentoring are a natural part of the employee development at Praxidice.

As a client, you will have one paralegal assigned to your case. You will receive communications and updates from the paralegal on a regular basis.  Your paralegal will be your primary contact for all day to day matters that may arise, although questions that require legal advice will of course be immediately referred to the attorney(s) handling your case.

As a client, you may not meet all our staff, but be assured there are many behind-the-scenes individuals working hard to keep the files and cases moving forward effectively and efficiently. Some of the people you may meet include:

• Client Concierge who is our front-of-house “liaison” to assist with travel arrangements, scheduling issues, and other special needs or services for our clients.
• Bookkeeper and CPA who handle invoicing, trust accounting, settlement disbursements, case expenses, and all other “money-matters” .
• Investigators who interview witnesses, collect evidence, locate hidden assets, skiptrace out of state parties, serve subpoenas, and perform other necessary investigative services.
• Legal assistants who handle case intake, conduct preliminary interviews, assist with document production, software data entry, and other daily administrative and clerical tasks essential to the functioning and maintenance of every case file.
• Paralegals assigned to each client case are licensed professionals who handle general case management including overseeing all case documents, disclosures, discovery, court filings, case deadlines, and adherence to the applicable civil rules and procedures.
• Staff and Contract Attorneys who specialize in appellate brief writing, legal research, or niche practice areas which occasionally arise in some matters.

Additionally, when a particular case or trial calls for it, we may engage Jury Consultants, Witness Coaches, Graphic Design Artists, and Trial Presentation and Audio/Visual Consultants to ensure that your case benefits from the expertise that these various trial consultants can bring to the table.
